A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. A reservation will be held for 48 hours in anticipation of payment of the 50% deposit.
A minimum booking of two nights is required over weekends. Exceptions can be made for enquiries made within 48 hours of the intended stay.
Payment methods: Guests can make payment via EFT (Bank transfer), in cash or by credit card. Deposits are due within 48 hours to secure a booking and the balance must be paid before check-in.
Special dietary requirements must be made known at the time booking is made if guests would like to enjoy breakfast. Breakfasts are booked and paid in addition to accommodation and is not included.

Check-in is from 14.00 until 19.00 unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed.
Check-out is no later than 10.30 on the day of departure.
