Booking Terms

Cancellation Policy 

• If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total 
• If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit 
• If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit 

House Rules 

• No pets allowed without exception.  
• No children under the age of 10 years – children over the age of 12 years are charged as adults. 
• Check-in is from 14.00 until 19.00 unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed. 
• Check-out is no later than 10.30 on the day of departure. 
• From 21:30, we gently shift into quiet time - thank you for being mindful of fellow guests.
